Description: Application Tracking System helps the Bureau manage its recruitment and recommendation process to meet the Human Resource requirments of the state of Maine. This system helps in identifying suitable candidates from the register when the Bureau receives a request for any staff, recommending their names for interview / test and keeping track of the results of the recruitment process of the agency. While determining the list of candidates, the system uses all the statutory rules. If there are no suitable candidates, the system helps in organizing a test, evaluating the test results and enrolling suitable candidates into the respective registers. System generates several MIS reports for the Bureau.
