SOUTH PORTLAND -- iCST, an IT Solutions Company has been selected by Fleet Services Group, a division of Fleet Bank as a vendor. This contract would allow iCST to provide software engineers to Fleet in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
